Liu Kanglong 劉康龍 is currently senior lecturer in the Department of English Language and Literature, Hong Kong Shue Yan University. After completing his M.A. in translation at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2006, he came to The Chinese University of Hong Kong to pursue his Ph.D., conducting research on corpus-assisted translation pedagogy. He received his Ph.D. in translation in 2009. His research interests include corpus linguistics, translation teaching, and empirical approaches to translation studies.
